Acceptance of Terms

By contracting the REVP™ Deployment License or using the site jorgegrajales.com, you ("The Client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions with Grajales Investment Group LLC ("The Provider"). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Service Description

The Provider supplies AI-powered technology infrastructure, software tools (SaaS) and automated data validation protocols directed at high-value real estate professionals, including:

• Real Estate Validator Protocol™ (REVP™): AI lead validation system for real estate brokers and independent agents operating in the U.S. market.

Payment, Billing & Fee Modification Policy

3.1 Current Rates

The prices applicable to the services are those listed on the checkout page or commercial proposal at the time of contracting.

• Implementation Fee (Setup Fee): A one-time payment for manual configuration fees, server integration and initial system customization.
• Operational Subscription: Continuous access to updates, databases and technical support, billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual).

3.2 Price Variability

The Provider reserves the right to modify subscription rates at any time. This variability is necessary to adjust to market changes and, specifically, to fluctuations in the costs of external technology providers (AI APIs, cloud servers, database access costs).

3.3 Change Notification

In the event of an increase in the operational subscription rate, the Client will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the service after the new rate takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. If the Client does not agree with the modification, they will have the right to cancel their subscription without penalty before the new charge is applied.

Strict Refund Policy

4.1 Implementation Fee (Setup Fee)

The initial payment for configuration and implementation is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances once service provision has begun. Service provision is considered "initiated" from the moment our technical team begins server configuration, access credentials are sent, or CRM integration is performed. This policy is due to the nature of digital goods and the irrecoverable labor and infrastructure costs invested in manual configuration.

4.2 Operational Subscription (Recurring)

• Cancellation: The Client may cancel their operational subscription at any time to stop future charges.
• Notice: To ensure effective cancellation before the next billing cycle, written notification is required at least 30 days in advance.
• No Partial Refunds: No total or prorated refunds will be made for unused fractions of a month, or for periods in which the Client has chosen not to use the software while having active access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grajales Investment Group LLC shall NOT BE LIABLE for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Earnings Disclaimer

Any revenue figures or success examples shown in our marketing material are only estimates of what is possible under ideal conditions.

• Variability of Results: Success in the real estate sector depends on multiple factors outside our control, such as the local economic situation, market demand, the Client's professional skills, the reputation of their practice and current regulations.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee, either expressly or implicitly, that you will achieve similar results or obtain a specific return on investment. The use of our technology protocols is a management and validation support tool, not a substitute for the professional's commercial work.

Intellectual Property

The source code, automation scripts, the "Real Estate Validator Protocol™" methodology and training materials are the exclusive property of the Provider. The Client is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license. Resale, sublicensing or reverse engineering of the system is strictly prohibited.

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Orlando, Florida, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
